Actually, I’ve been cooking with gas for quite a while.  Ever since we moved into the new apartment. But, only recently have I been cooking with what the Germans call ‘melting cheese’ (Schmelzkäse).  It literally translates to ‘processed cheese,’ or ‘soft cheese.’  You’re going to have to admit that the German way definitely sounds better.
